We are located in Europe and are in the process of developing our services in the USA, which is why we are looking for employees in Warsaw, Chicago and Limassol. However, the most crucial decisions are made at our headquarters in Zielona Gora.
The Customer Care department takes care of Conotoxia users. Our consultants assist clients with registering and navigating the user panel, facilitating the use of services and ensuring a positive image of the company. Communication with customers (by phone and email) is supported by modern workstations equipped with the latest technology and software to assist the service.
You are perfect for this job, if you are communicative and like working with people. You do not need to have a lot of professional experience, but knowing at least one foreign language is beneficial.
The implemetation period (based on a cycle of specialised training), ensures you are prepared to play your new role. The team continues to support you in your daily duties.
The department works in shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday.

Our developers create back-end and front-end systems supporting external and internal business processes. Additionally, a separate mobile department creates apps for Android, iOS and UWP platforms, as well as for the most modern devices using, e.g. virtual and augmented reality. We work in technologies and languages such as Java, JavaScript, PHP, .NET, Dart, Swift or Kotlin. Each of the new projects is implemented by SCRUM, using the latest versions of frameworks and tools. The graphics department is full of ideas. Creative and artistically talented people shape this team. Their primary task is to express what the company wants to convey through images.
Team members specialise in manual and digital drawing, graphic design, animation and video editing. Every year, a group of talented young people join us in the apprenticeship program. They become an integral element of the team from day one. Due to the COVID-19 and the necessity to partially change the work mode to a remote one, unfortunately, we are not able to run the program according to the current rules.
That is why we have decided to postpone the start of the recruitment process for apprenticeships until the situation has settled down to such an extent that the apprenticeships can be conducted effectively and safely. Therefore, we do not plan to carry out the program during this year's holiday.
